What's the difference between a french clip and an alligator clip? TOP
Most of our bows allow you to choose between an alligator clip and a french clip. Which is better? Well, it depends.
Our double prong alligator clips are covered with grosgrain ribbon, which makes them a little more "grippy" in fine hair. You simply pinch them open and clip them into your child's hair.

French clips have a firmer closure and can hold a little more hair, but are really designed for older girls who've grown out of the "baby fine hair" stage.

Will Pixie Clips stay in my toddler's baby-fine hair? TOP
All of our Pixie Clips styles are lined with grosgrain ribbon and a layer of non-slip material that prevents the clip from slipping out of fine hair. So yes, they will stay in your toddler's hair!
What types of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. We also accept personal checks and money orders. However, your order will not ship until your personal check clears the bank. Please make checks payable to Two Little Divas. (There will be a $30 service charge for returned checks.) When mailing checks and money orders, please be sure to add applicable shipping charges. Texas residents must also add 8.25% sales tax. Are your products safe for infants and toddlers? TOP
As the mother of a toddler, safety is constantly top-of-mind. I use only non-toxic glue in my products. However, some of the trims and embellishments used on our Pixie Clips and Flower Loop Bows are small and may present a choking hazard if they become detached from the clip or bow. Therefore, embellished clips and bows are not recommended for children under the age of 3.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
All orders under $25 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over $25 are upgraded to Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
When will my order ship? TOP
In most cases, in-stock products ship within 2-3 business days. Custom hair accessories orders normally ship within 4-5 business days, unless special ribbon or trims must be ordered. For handpainted and personalized items, shipping time varies based on the item. Please refer to the item's description on our site for details on shipping time.
How do custom orders work? TOP
We love doing custom orders to match a special outfit or to capture your little diva's favorite colors or interests. Simply email us with your ideas, colors or even photos, and we'll reply with a selection of ribbons and trims for you to choose from. Once you've decided on a design, we'll send you a Paypal invoice for the cost, including shipping charges. Your custom order will ship within 3-5 business days after your payment is received.
What is your return policy? TOP
We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell, and we carefully inspect each product before shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of an in-stock product, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case of custom-made items, we do not allow refunds or exchanges. If we make an error in creating your item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will correct the error. You will be asked to send the incorrectly made product back to us (at our expense) before we can exchange it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any items that have been worn or that are not in the same condition as mailed to you.
